We intimated both of our clients claims to the third-party insurers.

The third-party insurers responded and admitted liability. They also made pre-medical offers of £1,650 to both of our clients.

Guided by our years of experience, we advised them to reject this offer and to obtain a medical report to comment on their injuries sustained, and their prognosis for recovery which would allow us to correctly value their injuries.

Once the medical report was obtained, we sent this to the third-party insurers, and they offered a settlement of £3530 and £3430 respectively. A 200% increase on their original offers.
