Our client was attempting to do a U-turn on a major road, when another car crashed into the back of her. Our client suffered injury as a result of the accident, and a loss of earnings because she could not work, and her car was written off.

We intimated our client’s claim to the third-party insurers citing the Defender’s breach of her duty to drive carefully and keep a look out for other road users. Their representatives denied liability. 

We therefore raised a court action we were able to reach a settlement which was advantageous to our client and her insurance company.
