Our client was a passenger in a vehicle which was sitting stationary at a set of lights. Without warning, a taxi collided with the rear of the vehicle our client was in.  

We intimated a claim to the third-party insurers who responded to confirm that liability was admitted for the incident.  They offered to settle our client’s claim without medical evidence in the sum of £1,700.

We advised our client of the offer and advised of the other options for proceeding such as obtaining a medical report but given the minor nature of her injury she was delighted with the offer made of £1700 and instructed us to accept this.  We were able to settle our client’s claim and obtain her compensation within 5 weeks of intimating the claim.
