We were instructed by our client to recover compensation for the injuries she suffered in a serious road traffic accident.

Our client was drivng her car in West Lothian. A van was travelling in the opposite direction towards her. Another car overtook the van at a point where the road dipped. The dip in the road meant that the driver of the car had not seen our client, He was on the wrong side of the road and collided with her vehicle.

Our client's vehicle was so badly damaged that she had to be cut out of it. She was transported to hospital by ambulance and reamined there for ten days. She suffered multiple injuries including a fracture of her right toe, a fractured and dislocated right hip, a traumatic hernia, bilateral rib fractures and multiple soft-tissue injuries.
